I recently read a beautiful sentence, and I would like to refer to it as I invite you to the next edition of the Celebrate Yourself workshop series:
\nLife is hard and light.<\/p>\n

Those who only want lightness are not alive.<\/p>\n

Lightness belongs to those who know how to carry heaviness with ease.<\/p>\n

\nI often refer to magic in life.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The one I am thinking of has helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel more than once, has helped me out of very dark places more than once, when it was really difficult, when I was overcome by a feeling of meaninglessness and aimlessness, when I was winning the battle with my mind that was sabotaging me, and yet I searched for the light and always had faith in my heart that it would pass someday.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

There have been moments, and there still are, of breakdowns, falls, and stumbles. All this is the experience of a woman who has been through hell in her life, seeking help from outside, which gave me temporary relief until I finally found the tools that helped me get back on my feet and understand that a woman’s place is with herself.<\/p>\n

And I try to look for this magic and sunshine every day, even though it can be really difficult, but the most important thing is what you do with the cards you have now.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The recent floods and other events have been very challenging, with many people complaining of low energy, anxiety, and depression. However, contrary to appearances, this time can bring us closer together, which is why I encourage you, dear friends, to join us on October 19 for the \u201cRest in Yourself\u201d workshop, which will be held at Balena Space on Lake Nysa.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It will be about rest, stopping, breathing, meditation\u2b50\ud83e\uddd8\u200d\u2640 Together with Monika Rostecka, we will show you tools that you can use at home on long autumn and winter evenings by candlelight, with a cozy blanket and tea, which are a real game changer when it comes to functioning.<\/p>\n

Perhaps it is worth taking care of your space at a low cost, as it is fundamental in today’s demanding times.<\/p>\n

So take your life into your own hands, because fortune favors the brave and drags the reluctant along.<\/p>\n
